Swim School

The Firbank Aquastars Swimming Club is based at Firbank Grammar School in their modern, purpose built 25m indoor pool complex. The Physical Education Centre also contains a gymnasium and other indoor facilities for dry land training.

Junior swimmers usually begin their coaching at the Firbank Swim School with lessons and stroke development.

Swimmers graduate to squad training as their technique and swimming ability improves.

Novice Squad - 1 session per week
Junior Green Squad - 1 session per week
Junior Gold Squad - 2 sessions per week
Junior Performance Squad - 3 sessions per week
State Squad - 4 to 5 sessions per week
National Squad - 5 to 6 sessions per week
